VIVA Pharmacy & Wellness is looking for PHARMACY Experience Specialist (Pharmacy Technician) that can provide professional, friendly customer service in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Communicate with customers via telephone or assist with customer inquiries, and accommodate any additional customer requests as needed while enjoying a rewarding, challenging work culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Have completed certification as a Pharmacy Technician through a PTCB approved class

Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish - reading, speaking, and writing

Experience within a call center environment

Knowledge of insurance terminology and practices

  • Knowledge and understanding of billing invoices/statements , scanning and filing documents proficiency
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to customer service
  • Willing to travel to Medical Offices to promote our services
  • Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate through multiple software systems and applications while assisting customers on the phone
  • Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform required tasks
  • Ability to identify and help implement continuous improvement of processes, skills, and customer service interactions
  • Take-charge attitude: capable of taking on the challenges that providing excellent customer service can present
  • Flexible, open-minded, and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle different customer interaction scenarios appropriately
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced call center environment, with strong emphasis on multi-tasking while actively listening to customers
  • Problem-solving and strong analytical abilities

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong computer and computer software knowledge, skills, and abilities
